On September 15, 2021, a female cub was born at the Qinling Panda Research Center (秦岭大熊猫研究中心) in Shaanxi — the day the 14th National Games of China opened. She was named Quan Yun (全运), "National Games," after the occasion, and later adopted by Samsung in 2022 under the name Xin Bao (芯宝).
Her father is Qi Zai (七仔, studbook 802), the world's only captive-born brown giant panda. Xin Bao now lives at the Foping facility in the Qinling Mountains.
