Meng Yu (萌玉, studbook #1123) is a female giant panda born May 23, 2018 at Chengdu Base. Twin of Meng Bao, she is a full sister of the famous Meng Lan (萌兰, "Xizhimen Third Prince") through parents Meng Meng (萌萌) and Mei Lan (美兰). She lived at Beijing Zoo from 2019 to 2025, becoming a beloved resident, before returning to Sichuan for the breeding program.
