Ying Ying (迎迎, studbook #165) was a wild-born female giant panda gifted to Mexico in 1975 alongside Bei Bei — the founding pair of Mexico's panda dynasty. Her daughter Duo Wei (朵蔚) was the first panda cub born outside China to survive in captivity. Ying Ying and Bei Bei are memorialized with a monument at Chapultepec Zoo. Her granddaughter Xin Xin (欣欣) is the last panda in Latin America.
